Admissions and withdrawal

  1. Admission to this school is restricted by certain government and council regulations and by conditions of age, ability and
  2. No admission is complete until the School Leaving Certificate from the last recognized School attended is produced and countersigned by the District Education Officer of the
  3. Transfer Certificate will be issued on the following basis:
    • Application for withdrawal has been made by the parent/guardian
    • After all dues have been paid
    • The fee is due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given
    • Library books returned
  4. The Transfer Certificate will take approximately 3 weeks after all the above formalities have been
  5. Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
    • Indiscipline
    • Attendance below 85%

Attendance

  • Daily attendance is
  • More than 85% of attendance is required to give the Annual
  • Planned leaves can be taken only after being sanctioned by the School based on submission of an application requesting for leave and with the reasons mentioned in
  • No leave or early departure will be allowed based on verbal

In case of early departure, parents have to fill out a form from the admin with a mention of justified reason and being physically present to pick up their wards
